With prolonged history on their side, a great many of America’s historic hotels claim to have real-life hauntings. In fact, of the 240 member properties in the prestigious Historic Hotels of America, 110 of them claim to offer their guests “friendly hauntings”.
Hah. I suppose if they were offering unfriendly hauntings, no one would go. Right?

Dinner with the Ghosts Package
This package includes a room for two, ghost tour and dinner. During the tour, the Hotel Galvez concierge guides participants through the ghostly past of the hotel which is followed by dinner. Hotel Galvez and its ghosts have been featured on “Ghost Lab” on the Discovery Channel and “Ghost Stories” on The Travel Channel. This package includes deluxe guestroom accommodations for two, a three-course dinner for two, the ghost tour and valet parking. Priced at $229 per night, the package is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays in October 2012. The package is based on double occupancy and subject to availability. I was just about to say that. $120/night seems like such a huge budget to me. Wow. That’s how much I spend in like a week for adoomocaticns, just about. The circus has a great location, by the way. Right next to a metro and easily accessible by foot to the center.
