Flash: Solo Traveler River Cruises

Solo Traveler River Cruise

A very common frustration we hear from our readers and clients is the large single supplement penalty that is levied against the solo traveler.  And secondly, solo travelers don’t really care to travel with a bunch of couples and feel like a constant third wheel.

Problem Solved!

If you’re a solo traveler looking for a river cruise, then please pay attention: here’s the solution to your problem.  Here’s 12 river cruise itineraries that feature:

  1. No Single Supplement.  It’s completely waived for solo travelers.
  2. As these particular cruises are marketed with solo travelers in mind, you’re not likely to be aboard ship with only couples.  There’s a great chance that there will be other solo travelers to mingle with.

What to do?

First of all, don’t wait.  If you’re a solo traveler, you don’t have time to dilly dally.  There’s a limited supply of these special sailings available, and if you wait until next year to book, they are certain to be gone.

So, call us at (480) 550-1235 and let’s discuss the options.  There’s no obligation to talk with us, and we just might find the perfect river cruise for you to sail away.

Note: if you’re not a solo traveler, I bet you know a number of people that are.  Do them a favor.  Forward this article to them.  Thanks!

You stated that these cruises have no single supplement but whenever I go in to book the listed price for a cruise goes about double when I put there will be only one traveler. So their is definitely a single supplement. I am not booking with a cruise line that thinks they can outsmart me by lying about no single supplement, this I am sure is not their only lie.

      Hi Anne,

I’m sorry you’re having problems. Not all of Uniworld’s sailing have the single supplement waived. There were 12 specific itineraries listed. Plus, river cruise lines limit the number of solo traveler rooms on each particular sailing. As this article was written a few weeks ago, it’s possible that the available rooms are all sold out.

I can assure you that Uniworld is a very reputable company, and would certainly not lie to you. If you’d like us to check to see what’s still available with the waived single supplement, we’d be happy. Plus, we have a special onboard credit for you that you won’t get if you book this on your own. Give us a call at (480) 550-1235, and let us take care of this for you. 🙂
