Travel Photo: Tuscan Morning Fog

It’s November 2nd, and we’re in Casole d’Elsa, Siena, Italy. We’re staying in a beautifully remodeled centuries old castle (more on that later), and this is the scene we awoke to this morning.
I’m guessing that the air is a brisk 50 degrees, or so, and the sunlight making the fog glow in the valleys below us is just stunning.
I’m told that these Tuscan forests are overflowing with wild boar, which is a favorite local Tuscan dish. With pasta, of course!
I’ve enjoyed the dish three times now, and it’s delish!
I can’t begin to tell you how beautiful Tuscany is. I’ve taken well over 1,000 photographs and will have much to share with you when we return home.
For now, it’s off to Venice. Chow!
