We captured this beautiful photograph while sunset dining in the Humuhumunukunukuapua’a Restaurant at the Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort on the island of Maui.

The “Humu” restaurant is consistently rated as one of the best sunset dining restaurants on the island not only for its views, but their cuisine as well. We’ll have much more on that for you in a full post when we get back to the mainland.

We enjoyed this beautiful sunset at Humu sitting next to you guys! We went back the next night for the rack of lamb at your suggestion! You were soooo right!!! :-))
