Talavera Restaurant ~ Fours Seasons Scottsdale – We were invited by Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale to their Talavera Restaurant to sample the first of their twelve chef’s four-course tasting menus, complete with wine pairings, aptly called Taste Talavera.

Each “Taste” evening features a four-course tasting menu coupled with pairings from a guest purveyor, who will roam from table to table throughout the night.  The flow-style evening allows patrons who wish to dine on the à la carte Talavera menu to do so, even if their table-mates choose the “Taste” option.

This particular Taste Talavera was paired with the award-winning wines from Arizona Stronghold Vineyards.

We thought a short video would best capture our wonderful evening, and we would encourage you to reserve yourself a table to one of the upcoming “Tastes” in the future.  We greatly enjoyed our evening, and we were once again amazed with the quality of Arizona wines.
