We were recently asked to participate in a travel photo roulette.
The idea is to share a themed travel photograph each week, with a winner being picked from the entries. The winner then hosts the contest on their site the following week, and so on.
This week’s theme is “What the…”, with the idea that someone might look at the photograph and say, “What the heck?”
Our entry for the contest features this photograph we took while hiking in on the Peralta Trail in Arizona’s Superstition Mountains.
When I got home and looked at our photographs, we noticed a face on the round hoodoo just left of center in the photograph.
What the….!
I don’t know what you think, but perhaps this is an ancient artifact guarding the Lost Dutchman’s Mine.
Nah. But it’s fun to look at, isn’t it?
