Need a good book to take with you on your next vacation?  Check out the recent Goodreads Choice Awards for 2012.

Goodreads is the largest site for readers and book recommendations in the world. They have more than 12,000,000 members who have added more than 420,000,000 books to their shelves.

A home for casual readers and bona-fide bookworms alike, Goodreads users recommend books, compare what they are reading, keep track of what they’ve read and would like to read, find their next favorite book, form book clubs and much more.

Although I (David) generally read non-fiction, it is not uncommon for me to grab something off the fiction shelf when we travel.  A few of the recommended historical fiction novels caught my eye.
